Terms & Conditions

1. Your ticket(s) are In-App Digital barcodes that will be issued in the lead up to the show.

2. Your ticket(s) will be issued to the mobile-app account associated with the e-mail address provided at the point of purchase.

3. All attendees must have a valid Festival Pass prior to entry to the show, which must be purchase via the GE Festival Website. These will be checked up entry.

4. Anyone under the age of 12 years old must be supervised by an adult 18+.There is a maximum of 4 minors to one adult when entering. Original ID’s will be required.

5. Your ticket(s) are sold by the promoters directly to you the consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.

6. Your ticket(s) will immediately become invalid if resold or offerred for sale unless the sale is through the official ticket agent fan-to-fan exchange. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission, for example Yandex,Afisha,Viagogo, Dubizzle. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.

7. Tickets are non-refundable non changeable.

8. On entry Customer may be required to show all of the following:

– a valid photo identification document such as original national ID, driving license, or original passport along.

– debit / credit card with that was used for purchase with matching name to ID.

9. When arriving in groups, the lead booker needs to be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue with the documents listed. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time.

10. Your Ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters.

11. Only Tickets purchased through approved Ticket agents are valid for admission.The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.

If guest(s) are unable to attend for reasons beyond their control etc., and/or wishes to transfer the Ticket(s) accordingly cancellation/transfer requests will be assessed individually by the authorized Ticketing company. 15. If the Customer is declined entry by the Event Organiser for any reason Platinumlist is not liable to refund the Tickets.

16. It is the responsibility of the Customer to attend the Event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinumlist.

17. Event Organiser and Platinumlist accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury or any losses sustained at the Event.

18. Event Organiser and Platinumlist will not be responsible for any lost or damaged Tickets. Exchanging of Tickets categories is not allowed. One person per Ticket.

19. The Ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused across multiple events.

20. The Event Organiser has the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry.

21. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, refund procedures will be announced by the Event Partner. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any events. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
